Conditions of transport

1. Order

1.1. The customer's order through the www.2eur.es e-shop is a request for purchase of the selected products at the current price. When placing an order, the Customer will automatically receive an order confirmation along with the general terms of the sales contract, which the buyer can save and play back. On the basis of the order confirmation, the Client can make a transfer through SEB, COOP or Swedbank.

1.2. The order has been finalized by the customer after the payment has been received in the bank account of 2EUROCOINS OÜ.

1.3. The order enters into force once the goods have been paid for and the payment is received by 2EUROCOINS OÜ via the bank link within 1 hour from the moment of placing the order. Starting payment from another bank according to the speed of interbank settlement, but no later than 12.00 on the next banking day. If the payment is not received within the time specified in the Terms or if the payment is received later, the Seller has the right to cancel the order. In this case, the late payment will be refunded to the buyer's bank account as soon as possible, and no later than 2 banking days.

1.4. When placing an order, please indicate which transport company your order will be delivered through - Correos, Seur, UPS and DHL.

1.5. For the Courier Service - Correos, Seur, UPS and DHL, it is mandatory to indicate a telephone number so that the courier can agree with the Client on a convenient time for delivery of the parcel. The parcel will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be delivered on the next working day.

1.6. The Correos, Seur, UPS and DHL courier will deliver the products to the address specified by the Client when placing the order. It will not be possible to change the destination later.
Please check the correctness of the contact information when placing an order to avoid delays and misunderstandings during product delivery. 2EUROCOINS OÜ and the courier company are not responsible for delays in delivery or misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is caused by inaccuracies or inaccuracies in the data provided by the Client when placing the order.

2. Cancellation of Order and Return of Product.

2.1. 2EUROCOINS OÜ reserves the right to cancel the order if it is not possible to sell the products due to extraordinary reasons, returning to the Client all the money paid by the Client immediately.
Possible reasons for unsubscribing:
- Computer malfunctions that result in incorrect prices or availability of products.

If fulfillment of the order proves impossible, 2EUROCOINS OÜ will contact the Client to agree on new conditions or to return to the Client all paid money immediately.

2.2. The customer has the right to cancel his order after paying for the products, but before the delivery of the products, by sending a notice to the e-shop of 2EUROCOINS OÜ to info@2eur.es with the order number and his bank account number

2.3. After receiving the products, the Customer has 14 days to become acquainted with the products. If the Product is unsuitable, the Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days after receipt of the Product. At home, the customer has the right to handle and use the ordered products only as authorized in the shop. The purchased products will be returned to 2EUROCOINS OÜ by sending a notice to info@2eur.es with the order number, your current account number and address
In case of cancellation of the order in clause 3.2. or in the event of unsubscription as set out in Section 3.3. Except as provided in Clause 3.4 of these Terms and Conditions, you will be refunded the amount paid for your purchase (exclusive of shipping charges) to the bank account you specify no later than 10 days after receiving the notice of cancellation or withdrawal. and 3.5.
