1. Right to return goods
Every consumer has the right to return goods purchased from a store within 14 days from the date of purchase. To do this, the goods must be returned to the store in the same condition in which they were purchased, along with a cashier's receipt or other document proving the purchase.
2. Exceptions to the right to return
The goods are not returnable in the following cases:
The goods are damaged or spoiled through the fault of the consumer.
The goods are made to the individual order of the consumer.
The goods are perishable goods.
The goods are sealed products that have been opened after purchase.
3. Shipping costs
The costs of shipping the goods to the store are borne by the consumer. The costs of sending the goods back to the consumer are borne by the store.
4. Refund
Money for returned goods will be refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the store. Money will be refunded in the same way as the goods were paid for.
5. Additional terms
The store may establish additional return terms that do not contradict Estonian law. These terms must be made known to the consumer before purchasing the goods.
6. Liability for violation of consumer rights
The store is liable for violation of consumer rights in accordance with Estonian law. In the event of violation of consumer rights, the consumer has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority or court.
